Never underestimate boredom.
Other people achieved greatness because of it. Mine lead me to a mall and got me buying stuff that I don’t need.
I got myself a new umbrella in the shade of teal. I wanted to buy the itsy bitsy one that could be folded four times till it’s reduced to the size of a palm, but the color stopped me. It’s all in metallic hues of gold and silver.
I bought an emergency raincoat. Although I don’t know why ever would I need one. Just thought that the picture on the cover—a child protected from the furious onslaught of rain—looked rather nice. I want to feel safe from the rain.
Last but not the least, I bought different types of plastic over-shoes cover. It promised to protect my feet and my shoes from being drenched. It had one version that came to a perfect fit to my clogs and heeled sandals.
