"Keep the faith. Your vote just might get wanted." -Thelma Sioson-San Juan

The 2004 election may be the biggest joke yet. But personally, I'd rather cast my vote now than sit back and watch how people with no principles and air between the ears run the country for two years. I don't want to wait that long before I act and drag my ass back to Edsa and forget sixteen years of Catholic education so I can scream expletives against politicians who managed to exceed all my expectations.

And I am so tired of cheering for politicians who I thought was on my side, then would later find out that they won't even think twice of screwing me over for their ambition.

I was part of Edsa II. I was a part of those who dared to have the idealistic dream of change. I’ve rendered my shoes useless from all walk and stomping. But I don’t regret it because I wanted better people to run the government.

I believe my vote can make a difference. If there was anything that people in Edsa III knew that I didn’t at that time, it was that they knew what a single vote can do.

We mocked their choices then, as in with the case right now. But at least they made it.

I've learned my lesson the hard way. I’ve been betrayed. I’ve been made into a fool. I’ve had enough.

I’m not going to waste my vote. Because our country currently lacks persons who are worthy lead the nation, I’m just going to go for the lesser evil.

How I wish I could nominate this…

Guyito for President! Yey!
