At the beginning of our photography class I was and had the following:
1. Three tripods, all of which had the proper screws for mounting the cam. Now, I’m left with only one.
2. My mom bought about a dozen or so 36 shot films. Now, in my vanity table, I’m left with a dozen or so undeveloped film.
3. I was P __,000.00 richer.
4. I don’t have the slightest idea how to operate a manual camera.

For two days, I followed Pam around. She’s a very a good subject, albeit a reluctant one. She’s photogenic, so I really had no problem finding the perfect angle for her.
But I realized that it’s very uncomfortable following one person around, for the whole day to finish a roll of film. After this experience, I don’t think becoming a paparazzi is on the top of my career path list. Photography is one thing, but having no life is another.
Anyway, I wasted two days for that film. It was a very humbling experience. You expect that you know how to operate your machine, only to find out that its accessories don’t want to work with you.
Almost all of my shots were washed out. I found out later that I didn’t use the flash calculator. I was standing too close to my subject. And f125 is not always the proper aperture.
