I never realized that applying for elementary and secondary transcript of records could turn into a very traumatizing experience. The procedure was simple enough. Go to Registrar’s office, secure a form, fill it up, go to next window, they’ll stamp some seal on the form, pay for it on the cashier’s window, and then wait for two days.

But what if the employees were a bunch of arrogant and unprofessional tennis players? Like a scene taken from a badly written play, pinagpasapasahan nila ako! Registrar told me to go to window something, but window something told me to go to the registrar… haughty employee told me to return to window something… when I insisted that window something told me that I need to secure a form there, she turned her back on me!!!

I don’t know why school officials never thought of customer service for students… Being treated like we’re the lowest life form on earth is not the reason why our parents pay for the tuition. We deserve some quality service.

Pam, Gabby, and me plan to conquer all branches of Starbucks our wheels could reach. Imagine the possibilities… Hot chocolate, iced coffee, Caesar salad for Pam (who unfortunately had to break her vegan ways to eat some bacon bits), danish, and hot employees…
